How Clinical Research Works at EMR

Many of the medications we are studying have already received FDA approval for at least one disease condition.
In the United States, before medications and devices can be available to the public, clinical trials are conducted to prove the product’s safety and efficacy. Essential Medical Research works alongside the development companies to conduct these clinical trials.
The safety of our patients is our number one priority. Each potential participant will go through an extensive screening process to make sure there are no medications or medical conditions that will put the patient’s health at risk by participating in the study. At any point during the study, participants are allowed to withdraw for any reason.
You can learn more about your condition while receiving free early access to new medications and treatments, all while furthering medical research for the future. You will be working alongside our devoted research coordinators and local physicians to get one-on-one care.
EMR is always looking for volunteers to participate in our studies. No insurance is needed. There is no cost for any study-related medications, exams or procedures. If qualified, patients may receive compensation for their time and travel.
